Bishop Reicher strives to communicate efficiently and effectively with our parents. Below are methods that we use to communicate with our parents:
Parents and high school students are emailed a digital copy of our Cougar Brief weekly. Our Cougar Brief highlights important events, updates, and successes. In addition, parents and students may find a current issue of our Cougar Brief on our website at www.bishopreicher.com/cougar-brief.
Lower school teachers routinely send emails to parents of students in their classes, and high school teachers send emails to parents and/or students in their classes. In addition, the administration emails parents and high school students important announcements and updates. So, it is important that parents and high school students routinely check their emails and notify the school as soon as possible when their email address changes.
Bishop Reicher routinely shares stories, events, and news on our school social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. In addition, we encourage families to share what is happening at Bishop Reicher.
FACTS Family Portal is part of the FACTS Student Information System, which is the system that will allow you to be involved in your child's academic program. FACTS Family Online will enable you to monitor your child's grades, attendance, and homework.

Parents at the lower school must have pickup car tags for after-school dismissal. The pickup tags hang from the vehicle's rearview mirror to easily identify authorized vehicles that can pick up children at school. The car tags help keep school dismissal safe and organized.
New lower school parents - may pick up their car tags in the front office of the lower school on 8/11 or 8/12 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Returning parents of students in PreK3-K - If you need new car tags, please email Ms. Letty at lmartinez@bishopreicher.com before Friday, August 5. In the email include your name, child(ren)'s name(s) and grade(s). She will let you know when you can pick up the new car tags.
Returning parents of students in 1st grade - will need new car tags because the color of the car tag has changed and may pick up their car tags in the front office of the lower school on 8/11 or 8/12 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Returning parents of middle school students - will need a new car tag because the color of the car tag has changed this year and may pick up their car tags in the front office of the lower school on 8/11 or 8/12 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
The administration has made enhancements to the lower school's pickup procedure to ensure that all students are safe. The new pickup policy will be presented at the lower school Parent Orientation on August 11.

Student Teacher Ratio is 16:1
Class sizes are intentionally small to enhance the academic environment. Students learn better in small classes, and with fewer students in a class, students build long-lasting relationships with their classmates.
We classically educate students in the way they naturally develop and learn. The end result is that our students are thinkers and servants of Christ.
