The Bishop Reicher Leadership Team is comprised of juniors and seniors, who go through a comprehensive application and interview process. The St. Louis-Reicher Leadership Team are disciples of Jesus who seek Him together through prayer, community, formation, and outreach.
Prayer: This team is dedicated to growing in their relationship with God. We grow in our personal prayer lives, pray with one another, pray for each other, and share what Jesus is doing in our lives.
Community: This team builds authentic community and relationships with one another. We have fun together, have a real conversation, serve as a team, and spend quality time with one another.
Formation: This team continually learns. We learn about God, ourselves, Scripture, prayer, leadership skills, facilitating small groups, giving talks and testimonies, and so much more!
Outreach: This team serves others. We are Christ’s hands and feet while mentoring younger students while doing various service projects and being an example of Christ’s servant-heart to our school community.
Students on the Leadership Team build up the school's faith-life and have many outlets to share their faith with others. They attend bi-weekly formation with the Campus Minister, facilitate weekly morning prayer, coordinate components of weekly Mass, mentor younger students at different elementary schools, help at our retreats, and do various service projects.
