The leadership team of Bishop Reicher consists of juniors and seniors who undergo a thorough application and interview process. The Bishop Reicher leadership team comprises followers of Jesus who come together for prayer, community, education, and outreach.

Prayer: This team is dedicated to growing in their relationship with God. We grow in our personal prayer lives, pray with one another, pray for each other, and share what Jesus is doing in our lives.

Community: This team builds authentic community and relationships with one another. We have fun together, have an honest conversations, serve as a team, and spend quality time with one another.

Formation: This team continually learns. We learn about God, ourselves, Scripture, prayer, leadership skills, facilitating small groups, giving talks and testimonies, and so much more!

Outreach: This team serves others. We are Christ's hands and feet while mentoring younger students while doing various service projects and being an example of Christ's servant-heart to our school community.

The Leadership Team of students plays a vital role in nurturing the school's faith life. They have various avenues to share their faith with others, including attending bi-weekly formations with the Campus Minister, mentoring younger students at the lower school, participating in retreats, and engaging in multiple service projects.
