PreK3-Kindergarten
1. Completed Application Form
2. Copy of Applicant's Birth Certificate
3. $45.00 non-refundable application fee
4. Family Interview
5. Entrance Assessment
6. One recommendation from Priest, Pastor, or Minister
7. PreK3 students must be 3 years old by September 1, 2023
8. PreK4 students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2023
9. Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2023
10. All students must be thoroughly potty trained
1st-5th Grade
1. Completed Application Form
2. Copy of Applicant's Birth Certificate
3. $45.00 non-refundable application fee
4. Family Interview
5. Entrance Assessment
6. Official Transcripts/Report Cards and Standardized Tests
7. Copy of 504, IEP, or learning plan, if applicable.
8. One recommendation from a teacher
9. One recommendation from the principal
